Only active drawings and plans should be stored in the employee’s office,
using a plan holder that is designed for this purpose. Inactive drawings and
plans should be archived in Molzen Corbin’s main storage room.

Files should be stored in file cabinets, not in boxes. Only active files should
be kept in file cabinets. Inactive files should be sent to the Records
                                 Coordinator.

                         3. Desks. Desks should be neatly organized, free of clutter and “piles” of paper.
Desk organizers (i.e., in/out boxes, supply organizers) should be used.
Credenzas are viewed as an extension of a desk, and should be maintained
                                 accordingly.

                         4. Shelving. Bookshelves should be neatly arranged and filled only to capacity.
If necessary, the top of the bookshelf should only be used for a minimal
                                 amount of storage.

                         5. Doors. Posters or other paperwork should not be taped, glued, or mounted to
the front or back of the office doors, as this may damage the door’s finish. A
coat hook mounted on the back of the door is acceptable.

                         6. Plants. While plants may be very attractive in an office, they should be well-
tended. Hanging plants are acceptable only if properly mounted with
adequate fixtures that will not damage the office ceiling.

                         7. Walls. In general, office walls should be uncluttered. Papers (e.g., memos,
flyers, phone lists) should not be nailed, taped, pinned, or tacked directly to
the painted walls, as this damages the finish of the wall. Bulletin boards
should be used for this purpose.

                         8. Staff Lounge. Molzen Corbin furnishes appliances for employee use in
designated staff lounge. Such appliances may pose a fire hazard if not
maintained or well-tended. For these reasons, personal appliances such as
small microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers or hot water pots are not
allowed in the offices. Lunch should not be eaten anywhere else in the office
building. Items stored in the refrigerator must be cleaned out routinely. If
you put items into the refrigerator, be sure to remove them by the end of the
week. Additionally, when using the microwave ovens, please ensure that the
microwaves are left clean after your use.

                         9. Conference Rooms. The conference rooms may only be used for work on
Company business and are not to be used for lunch except in connection with
