XI.

                           COMPUTER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND INTERNET

                                          POLICY AND ADMINISTRATION


                  A  computer  or  other  electronic  equipment  may  be  assigned  by  Molzen  Corbin  to  an
                  employee for use in performing job duties. All technology provided by  Molzen Corbin,
                  including computer systems, communications networks, company-related work records and
                  other information stored electronically is the property of the Company and not the employee.
                  In general, use of the Company’s technology systems and electronic communications should
                  be  job-related  and  not  for  personal  convenience.  Any  other  use  is  prohibited  unless
                  authorized by an Officer of the Company. Employees shall have no expectation of privacy
                  in using any of the electronics provided by the Company, whether the use is personal or
                  professional.


                  A.     COMPUTER HARDWARE

                         Personal computers, printers, file servers, and any other computer equipment owned
                         by  Molzen  Corbin  will  be  installed  and/or  configured  by  Computer  Services  or
                         approved  personnel  only.  Installation  of  computer  equipment  and/or  peripherals,
                         other than mobile phones or flash drives, not owned by Molzen Corbin must have
                         prior  authorization  from  Computer  Services.  Any  relocation  of  Molzen  Corbin
                         computers and/or peripherals will be performed by Computer Services or approved
                         personnel  only. Computer users  shall  take precautions to  avoid  damaging and/or
                         placing at risk any Molzen Corbin computer equipment by keeping materials that
                         cause a risk (e.g., food, beverages, plants) away from the computer.  Computers will
                         not be placed directly next to a window on the first floor of a building. In the event
                         that  this  is  impossible,  any  person  using  that  computer  shall  be  responsible  for
                         closing the window coverings at the end of each day. Computers shall be properly
                         logged off or locked at the end of each workday.

                         The Windows environment may be personalized by users, subject to the computer
                         software  policy  set  forth  below.  However,  should  problems  occur  due  to
                         modifications  made,  Computer  Services  will  reinstall  the  Windows  environment
                         with the default Molzen Corbin settings.

                         Desktop  PC  equipment  and  peripherals  owned  by  Molzen  Corbin  are  not  to  be
                         removed from Molzen Corbin without the express consent of Computer Services
                         and/or Officer of the Company. A portable computer (laptop) or portable computer
