Security: Be advised that Molzen Corbin may periodically search e-mail banks or
examine the record of sites visited on individual computer terminals. Employees are
advised they shall have no expectation of privacy when using Molzen Corbin
electronics or technology for any reason. The reasons for monitoring are many,
including cost analysis/allocation and the management of Molzen Corbin’s gateway
to the Internet. Employees do not enjoy a private right of ownership in any Company
property, including its computers. All messages created, sent, or retrieved over
Molzen Corbin’s e-mail/Internet are the property of the Company and should be

monitor all messages and files on the company’s e-mail/Internet system as deemed
appropriate. Employees should, therefore, not assume electronic communications
are private and are instructed to transmit highly confidential data in other ways.
Questions about this instruction should be directed to Human Resources or an Officer
                         of the Company.

Violations: Because all the computer systems and software, as well as e-mail and
Internet connections are the property of Molzen Corbin, all Company policies apply
to their use and are in effect at all times. Any employee who abuses the company-

be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination, within the
limitations of any applicable federal, state, or local laws.
