                         (d)     Affords opportunities for advancement and professional development.
                         (e)     Promotes from within whenever possible.
                         (f)     Endeavors to establish and maintain good communications among the staff.
                         (g)     Seeks to improve working conditions and to develop human relations to the
                                 end that Molzen Corbin can attract the most capable people in our profession.

                         From time to time, you will undoubtedly have questions about your job or Molzen
                         Corbin’s policy. You are encouraged to offer your suggestions for the improvement
                         of services, simplification of operations, saving of material or time, prevention of
                         accidents, reductions of costs, or anything else you think will make Molzen Corbin
                         a better place to work.

                         Client Relations. The goodwill and confidence of our clients is essential to our
                         business.  Therefore, it should be the goal of all Molzen Corbin personnel to:

                         (a)     Deal fairly and honestly with our clients.
                         (b)     Handle client requests promptly and willingly.
                         (c)     Exercise tact, patience, and courtesy at all times.
                         (d)     Strive to give our clients full value on every service provided.
                         (e)     Take personal interest and initiative in solving clients’ problems that are
                                 within the realm of our professional activity.
                         (f)     Protect our clients’ right to privacy and confidentiality.

                         Public Relations.  Making a favorable impression on people outside Molzen Corbin
                         is always to our benefit.  A good reputation affects the growth of our business and
                         growth increases the opportunities for all.  Your manner and your appearance, in
                         addition to your technical expertise, contribute to the overall impression that our
                         clients and the general public have of Molzen Corbin.  Wherever you are, what you
                         do or say can add to or detract from our professional reputation.

                         Conflicts of Interest.  Because Molzen Corbin values its professional integrity and
                         relationships with its clients, conflicts of interest must be avoided.  As defined by
                         this policy, no employee of Molzen Corbin may engage in conduct giving rise to a
                         conflict of interest. This includes giving or receiving gifts or favors from persons
                         outside Molzen Corbin who are in any  way concerned with present or potential
                         projects.  The same applies to our relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and
                         contractors. Further, no staff members or Officers of Molzen Corbin may have
                         significant interest or ownership in firms, businesses, or real estate holdings outside
                         Molzen Corbin which could benefit from work on Company projects.  An employee
                         who has any involvement which might be considered a conflict of interest or a
                         question about such matters, must disclose the same to one of the Officers of Molzen
                         Corbin immediately. Violation of Molzen  Corbin’s conflict of interest policy or
                         failure to disclose a potential conflict may result in discipline or termination.
