MOLZEN-CORBIN & ASSOCIATES, INC.
A. HISTORY
Molzen-Corbin & Associates, Inc. (Molzen Corbin) was incorporated under the laws
of the State of New Mexico. Founded as D. F. Molzen & Associates in 1960, the
firm has been continuously engaged in the private practice of professional
engineering since that time. The founder, Dayton F. Molzen, welcomed Albert D.
Corbin as a partner in 1974, at which time the current name was adopted.
During the first two decades of operation, the firm established a fine reputation as
municipal civil engineering consultants. Since 1980, the firm has more than doubled
in size and now offers professional services in civil, environmental (water resources),
electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as architecture.
We have an outstanding record of continuing growth, expansion of services, and of
providing the highest quality of services to our clients. The growth and reputation
of the firm are the direct result of the collective efforts of many individuals associated
with the firm. Our continued success depends upon the continuation of these efforts
and adherence to the highest professional standards and ideals.
B. VISION STATEMENT
Molzen Corbin (the “Company”) has built an enviable record of success in its history
of more than five decades. Technical excellence is certainly key to sustaining
professional success. However, it is not only technical expertise that has allowed
Molzen Corbin to enjoy continued stability and growth. It is largely due to the culture
initiated many years ago that allows Molzen Corbin to attract exceptional talent to
our staff, build lasting relationships with our clients (some that span our entire
history), and produce the high quality designs for which we are renowned.
The vision embraced at Molzen Corbin is the realization that continued prosperity
relies on many factors, not just on profit. We believe that, in addition to technical
excellence, we must focus on four areas as we execute projects: our customer, our
internal team, our financial stability, and community involvement. Additionally, we
embrace the values of honesty, excellence, integrity, and respect, and strive to apply
these values to everything we do at Molzen Corbin. It is our desire to be “inspired
professionals defining excellence.”
Our written Vision Statement can be found on the following page, and is displayed
at each Molzen Corbin office.
