As of this writing the temperature is expected to hit 70 degrees
over the next few days. So, we at Traffic and Safety assume that
the winter is over (2-20-18). However, since we are not meteorol-
ogists, when it snows please look out for the messages from our
property manager. This spring we are expecting to install speed
tables in order to help reduce speed on some of our streets while
removing unnecessary stop signs. Please stop at stop signs, obey
our speed limit, and park only where permitted. We will soon
begin enforcement of both speed and stop sign violations. Bike
riders follow the flow of traffic and those walking please face traf-
fic. Have a safe spring and summer.
