Whom were you most influenced by professionally?
How/Why?

During my student years, I was fortunate to call several of
my Health Education faculty by the title of
‘mentor’. Collectively, the UF-HEB faculty molded me
into a resourceful and passionate Health
Educator. However, there was one faculty member who
contributed to my professional development throughout the
course of my undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral
studies. Thus, I consider Dr. R. Morgan Pigg to be my
most influential Health Educator. Dr. Pigg is an amazing
person and I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity
to learn from him.
What challenges do you think ESG as an organization
will face in the next decade?

Eta Sigma Gamma is a strong professional honorary. In
fact, membership is as strong as ever, thus I cannot identify
any challenges to the organization.

What challenges do you think Gammans as health
education professionals will be dealing with in the next
decade?

Health Advocacy. Although, I see health advocacy as both
a challenge and an opportunity.

What five words best describe you?

Dependable, Passionate, Creative, Friendly, and Straight-
forward
