Case Feed – Case Notes

All Case notes should be added via the Case Feed. Case ownership should remain within Customer Support. If you
have a question or need additional information on a case you can @ mention the person in the Feed.

a) Click Write Case Note from the Case
b) In the Post field @mention the person that you have a question for or need additional information from

    (You can @ mention more than one person if needed)
c) Fill out the Post field with as much detail as possible
d) Click on the Share button

The comment can now be seen in the Case Feed. An email will be sent to the person you @ mentioned that you
added a comment
