Purpose:
To have a standard for data entry in SAP and Salesforce
Policy:
All text entered into SAP and Salesforce is to be entered in proper case. This means that first and last names are to
be capitalized and the first letter of each word in the string is capitalized and the other characters are lowercase.
Examples:
Correct Sidemark: John Smith
Incorrect Sidemark: john Smith or JOHN SMITH
Correct Internal Text where the Original Order Number was entered into HDRQC:
