Creating a Sample Order
This brings you to the “Overview” Screen
Type in the “Sold-to Party” (Dealer’s Account Number) and hit enter.
Note: The Dealer Account Number field
will not gray out. If you accidentally
entered an incorrect account number,
you can change it before you save the
order. The system will adjust all
necessary items such as tax, handling,
route code, etc.
If the Dealer has multiple shipping addresses a box will appear to select one of them.
In this selection you may have to scroll to the right to view the street addresses and cities.
Click on the Ship-to party number and click the green check to insert it into the order.
If there is one, the dealer’s Master Message will populate at this point. You can enter through the
Master Message. Then you will be prompted to enter the Dealers PO.
