Creating a Sample Order
After the PO is entered, you will be taken to the “Ordering Method” field in the General Header Data
section of the screen. This is a required field.
From the Ordering Method field, you can tab to all the other fields in this section.
Usage Indicator (Sample)
If the order is being processed as a Rush Order, select one of the options.
If the order is being process with expedited shipping, select one of the Shipping Charge Options.
Sidemark & PO:
• Use the Promo Code as the PO & SM (ex. FYH’s , Displays)
o If Dealer provides their own Purchase Order and/or SM, it will be added after the Promo
Code.
o Example; Dealer’s PO and/or SM for their Solera FYH is Lucy. The order’s PO and SM will
read S15FYH001SOL-Lucy. **Promo Codes change each year**
Hitting “Enter” from any of these fields takes you directly to the “Material Field” of the first line-item.
