Step 3: MASTER MESSAGE: If there is a master message           5
on the account, it will populate now. Once you have read the
master message (screenshot 2), you can hit enter on your
keyboard to move forward.

Not following the request of a master message will negatively
impact your QA (quality assurance) scores.

Step 4: HEADER INFO: The PO field (highlighted in green in screenshot 6) will be yellow to prompt you to enter
a PO (see ‘Sold-to Party’ in screenshot 6). You can enter through the PO field at this time but you will need to make
an entry before saving the order. If not, the order will be incomplete and will not be released to fabrication. Hit
enter.

The next required field is the ordering method. You cannot enter through this field, you must enter something at
this time.

Key in the sidemark, dealer’s name, and any applicable case numbers.
