Creating a Sample Order

You can enter the KMAT and quantity for each line before hitting Enter.
This allows you to enter the configuration without being taken back to the Overview Screen. After all
line are completed you F3 or Green Arrow back to this screen. Click the button or F11 to save the
order.

NOTE: If you or the dealer forgets to add a shade to an order, you must create a new order and
request a rush. DO NOT enter as a remake.

Excludes Sample Order Adjustments ** N/C Promotional Orders **

• Alliance Fees
o PO = 2015 Alliance Fee (adjust year accordingly)
o SM =2015 Alliance Fee (adjust year accordingly)

• New Account Samples
o PO = New Account Packages
o SM = Basic Storefront, Basic Starter, Plus Storefront or Plus Shop At Home (Information
is located at the top, right section of the order form)

• Van Stock
o PO = DSM’s Full Name
o SM = Van Stock

• Modules
o PO = 2015 Module (adjust year accordingly)
o SM = Module (if adding a Module)
o SM = Display (if adding a Display)
o SM = Feature Cards, (if adding Feature Cards)

• Sample Books
o PO = 2015 Sample (adjust year accordingly)

• Replacement Decks
o PO = 2015 Sample (adjust year accordingly)

• Brochures
o PO = 2015 Sample (adjust year accordingly)

• Hand Samples
o PO = 2015 Sample (adjust year accordingly)

• Custom Displays
o PO = 2015 Display (adjust year accordingly)
o SM = Custom Display (If no SM is given)
