Sales Document Types & Order Reasons
There are seven Sales Document types. Even though ECC calls them Sales Documents, they can also be Remakes,
Credits, Returns, Repairs or Quotes.
Usually, you won’t need to manually select a document type. In the Create Sales Order: Initial Screen, you can only
select ZOR-Standard Order or ZDR-Misc Charge.
The other four Document Types on this screen, Credit, Remake, Return and Repair, can only be created through a
Quality Management Screen.
The seventh Document Type is a Quotation. It should only be created through the Create Quotation: Initial Screen.
