Showroom Displays - *US Only*

Purpose:
To standardize data entry on display discounts. This will provide the necessary information for reporting purposes
Policy:
Hunter Douglas Fabrication Customer Support will apply display discounts, following the below process. The “Showroom Display” Discounts are
applied directly in ECC.
Showroom Display Orders should be either Faxed or Emailed into Customer Support for processing and need to come from Sales.
Process:

      1) The CSR confirms that the request qualifies within the additional discount “reason”

      2) Orders are to be entered with the appropriate “reason” code for the additional discount
                                                 Showroom Display

      3) In configuration, the “Display” prompt is to be “Display = Y”

      4) Once configuration has been completed, the pricing needs to be updated with the display discount.
            The ZC31 Price Condition will not appear. CSR will enter the total discount (i.e. 75%, 85%) via the ZK15.
            (Guideline below for discount structure)
            Sample Discounts: Priority Dealer >Up to 75%
                                   Showcase/Gallery Dealer >Up to 85%

Note: The additional discount “reason code” is required before the discounting can be applied. When a ZK15 is entered without a reason code
you will receive this error message.
Note:
Discounts need to be entered at the time of the order (prior to invoicing) to avoid the need to process credits for price adjustments.
