First Offense: Instruction and guidance using paa Laraq Paa Ṫaraq “The
Way” and/or haqaqtal haqaqaat Haqaqtal Haqaqaat “Actual Facts”,
plus...

(a) Child on Child aggression: 180 days white-balled from all activities &

events, & follow-up review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to change based on
the level of violation.)

(b) Adult on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe, &
$1,000.00 – $3,000.00 compensation for the child’s care and well being

(e.g. physiological help) with a follow-up review with the 24 Elders after 1

year before reinstated as a tribal member. (Subject to change based on the
level of violation.)

Second Offense:

(c) Child on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe,
(Parents are responsible for compensation) $900.00 – $3,000.00
compensation for the child’s care and well-being (e.g. physiological help)
with a follow-up review with the 24 Elders after 180 days before reinstated
as a tribal member. (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)
