– NUWAUPIAN RULES of the 24,000 Year Cycle for the Hereafter –

(a) Child on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe, with

a follow-up review with the 24 Elders after 1 year before reinstated as a
tribal member. (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)

(b) Adult on Child aggression: 1-5 years disfellowship/expulsion from the
Tribe, plus $1,000.00 – $5,000.00 compensation for the child’s care and
well being (e.g. physiological help) with a follow-up review with the 24
Elders before reinstated as a tribal member. (Subject to change based on the
level of violation.)

Second Offense:

(c) Child on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe,
(Parents are responsible for compensation) $900.00 – $3,000.00
compensation for the child’s care and well-being (e.g. physiological help)
with a follow-up review with the 24 Elders after 1 year before reinstated as
a tribal member. (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)

132. JUSTICES – Child Pimp: (Expulsion of a child from the Tribe is always to be
considered as “extreme action” and only used as a last resort.)

First Offense: Instruction and guidance using paa Laraq Paa Ṫaraq “The
Way” and/or haqaqtal haqaqaat Haqaqtal Haqaqaat “Actual Facts”,
plus...

(a) Child on Child aggression: 1 year white-balled from all activities &
events, with a follow-up review with the 24 Elders after 1 year. (Subject to
change based on the level of violation.)

(b) Adult on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe, &
$1,000.00 – $3,000.00 compensation for the child’s care and well being
(e.g. physiological help) with a follow-up review with the 24 Elders before
reinstated as a tribal member. (Subject to change based on the level of
violation.)

(c) Child on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe,
