Management
Hotel is a large business with several departments, with a large number of job positions.
Each department has a manager that is responsible for his/her employees management in
terms of general management, scheduling, training, etc.
Every morning, each manager collects information about regulations, employees issues (late
or miss the shift) and any helpful information about unusual cases.
There is a meeting between the departments managers and the CEO where all departments
get inputs about allocations and updates.
Each manager informs about his department status to the rest of the managers.
Each department handles with different employee issues. For example, food & beverage
department handles similar issues restaurants deal with (young employees issues).
