stones can break my bones, but words can
never hurt me.” What a lie that is! The truth is,
words can hurt far more than sticks and stones.
The words we say to ourselves, whether spoken
silently or aloud, do have consequences.

Choose your words carefully. The next time
someone asks you, “How are you doing today,”
be ready to unleash something powerful. There
are only a few responses that I use when I’m
asked that question. I will only say the

doing any better, I’d have to sit on my hands to
keep from clapping!” You may find what I’m
telling you to be silly, but I know for a fact that
it worked for me, and it’s worked for all who’ve
               made it a habit.

When you say positive affirmations, your mind
will attract positive experiences. The words you
say create feelings and those feelings give off
               vibrational frequencies that will correspond
with other like frequencies. Thought waves do
travel like sound waves, only much faster. Make
it a new empowering habit. Remember, we are
creatures of habit. It could take you up to a
