My sole culinary skill………………
Holi is celebrated with great enthusiasm among friends. Once
even tried cannabis spiked milkshake with horrible
experience.
Generally enjoyed holi lunch at Avdhesh house. His mother
cooks jackfruit curry especially for me. Taking age-old recipe
from her was longing to try myself. Opportunity knocked when
Bhabhi Jee visited Shahjahanpur; Dadda Jee and I were at
home.
Prepared jackfruit curry with self modified recipe and was
highly appreciated by Dadda Jee. Exhausted most of kitchen
spices. Fearing backlash procured and replenished spice
containers.
Since then prepared “Dadda Jee Certified” jackfruit curry
several times which is now synonymous to my sole culinary
skill………………
