OVERALL STRATEGY
1 Timothy 2:2 (NIV) “First of all”
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all
people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all
godliness and holiness.
We are admonished by God’s word that first of all petitions, prayers, intercessions and
thanksgiving be made for all men that we may live peaceful, quiet lives. That means for
peace and quiet to prevail in our locality, God in His wisdom reveals to us that the
solution to this is intercessory prayer. The solution to the violence and crime and unrest
and all manner of evil in our communities according to Gods word is prayer.
Ezekiel 22:30 (NKJV) “I sought for a man among them”
So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall and stand in the gap before Me on
behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.
Our man of God has repeatedly taught us that success is looking out for a need and
reaching out to meet it. In cities, localities and areas where evil and ungodliness is
prevailing the Spirit of God is faced with great need, the need of men and women who
will stand in the gap before God on behalf of the land.
Success in God is also fulfilled in us when we take our place in standing in the gap before
God to intercede for the land. And God has found us as we have answered the call of
God’s need. Congratulations.
For effective results please follow the guide daily by reading and studying the notes,
watching the teachings and following specific instructions that are highlighted in the
notes. Ensure that you pray declaring the prayer points provided together with inspired
declarations and words you’ll receive in prayer.
The prayer points also serve as an accurate guide, giving direction in accordance with
the teachings being studied in this workbook. The Holy Spirit will also inspire in you
numerous words of prophecy and declarations accordingly. Please make use of the
Words feature to document these. You can then use them during the Take with you
words prayer session of the week.
In the case of this strategy being done by a group Take with you words will yield the
best results if the group meets onsite to pray.
