Installing Keynote File Convertor for HTC Watermark

Feature

If you want to use the HTC Watermark feature to add watermarks to Keynote files, a Keynote file
convertor must be installed on a machine with Keynote for Mac 6.5 installed to convert the Keynote files
into .pptx files. Therefore, the HTC Watermark feature can add watermarks to the converted .pptx files.

Prior to installing the Keynote file convertor on a machine, make sure the following requirements are
met:

• The machine can communicate with all of the Web front-end servers in your farm where
you want to use the HTC Watermark feature.
• The operating system edition of the machine is Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 or Mac OS X
10.6.x or later.

• Keynote for Mac 6.5 is installed.
To install the Keynote file convertor on a machine, complete the steps below:

1. Download the convertor.zip file by contacting an AvePoint representative.

2. Copy the convertor.zip file to the machine where you want to install the Keynote file convertor.
3. Extract the convertor.zip file.
