Opening/Downloading/Printing Documents in the

Library with Watermark Enabled

After the watermark settings is enabled in a Document library, the users in the six newly added groups
can perform part of or all of the following operations on the documents in the library. The sections
below offer detailed instructions on performing each of these operations.

*Note: To perform the following operations, ensure your browser is included in the Supported Browser
Versions for HTC Watermark Feature.

• Opening Documents Online with Watermarks

• Opening Documents Online Without Watermarks
• Downloading Documents with Watermarks

• Downloading Documents Without Watermarks
• Printing Documents Online

Opening Documents Online with Watermarks

Users with the following permission levels have the permission to open documents with watermarks
online in the library: Watermark_View_Permission, Watermark_Download_Permission,
Watermark_Download_PPT_Permission, Watermark_Print_Permission, and
Watermark_All_Permission. To open documents with watermarks online, complete the following steps:

1. Select the desired document and click the Open menu ( ) button. The pop-up menu appears.
2. Select Open in the menu. The viewing page for the selected document appears, displaying the
PDF file with watermarks which is converted from the selected document.
