iii. Click Secure Download in the menu. The Secure File Download window
appears.

v. Click Save/Save as/Save and Open and save it to the desired location.

The downloaded file will have watermarks in its background.
• For the users with the Watermark_Download_Permission or
Watermark_Contribute_Permission permission level, the downloaded file will be a PDF
file with watermarks in the background which is converted from the selected document.
• For the users with the Watermark_Download_PPT_Permission or
Watermark_All_Permission permission level, the format of the downloaded file
depends on the type of the selected document.
o If the selected document is a Keynote or PowerPoint Presentation file, the
downloaded file will be a PowerPoint Presentation file with watermarks in the
background.
