Downloading Documents with Watermarks
Users with the
Watermark_Download_Permission/Watermark_Download_PPT_Permission/Watermark_All_Permissi
on/Watermark_Contribute_Permission permission level can download documents with watermarks
from the library. To do so, follow either of the following methods:
• Method 1: To download a document with watermarks which is opened online in the
viewing page, click the Download ( ) button in the custom viewing pane.

*Note: If you add annotations to the document with watermarks opened in the viewing
page and then download a copy of this document from this page, the annotations will
not be included in the downloaded file.
• Method 2: To download the document from the library where it resides, complete the
following steps:
i. Select the desired document and click the Open menu ( ) button. The pop-up
menu appears.
ii. Click the Open menu ( ) button in the menu. The drop-down list appears.
