Note the following:
• If the original document is a PDF file and contains highlighted text and comments, the
highlighted text and comments will not be displayed in the viewing page.
• If the original file is a OneNote file and contains tables, the borders of the tables will not
be displayed in the viewing page.

Opening Documents Online Without Watermarks
Users with the Watermark_Contribute_Permission permission level can open documents online
without watermarks in the library. To do so, complete the following steps:
1. Select the desired document and click the Open menu ( ) button. The pop-up menu appears.
2. Select Open in the menu. The document is opened online without watermarks.
