General themes:

The workplace is changing constantly. Women need to be ena-
bled and equipped to enter hi tech industries by reskilling or upskilling.
Four percent of women programmed the first computer yet only 20% of
women are on tech platforms. 49 % of girls still focus on non-STEM sub-
         jects

The current culture has to be challenged, reimagining the current
patriarchal system, building a sustainable model for the advancement of
         women.

                   Be assertive with a smile.

Leaders of industry need to pay more than lip service to promote
diversity, equity, and inclusion. Hybrid and remote working can help
         women attain a work/life balance.

We also need to bring joy and fun back into company culture.

Nothing will work unless WE do.
We must influence and break stereotypes and the tone and lan-

guage should cascade down from top to bottom. “If we don't have a seat
at the table, we won't be on the menu’.

“We will only have equality when we have incapable women in
         high positions” .

Only when we share the power are we truly democratic.

Some of this feedback came from male speakers which shows we
need to have them as our allies.

After a very busy day we had a marvellous gala dinner and our

Greek dancing afterwards had to be seen to be believed.
Thank you to President Jo Kinsey and Neelima Basnet for being

         such wonderful BPW travel companions.
