BPW Europe Registration Form 22-23 March F2F Presidents Meeting

& Young BPW Symposium in Rome, Italy 2024

Dear Presidents, BPW Members and Guests,

This year, the Executive Council of Europe has decided to add a special pro-
gram to the formal event with the help of FIDAPA BPW on Friday March 22nd, 2024
- with a full day event open to all members to participate! The event will consist of
visits and talks related to women empowerment topics in Italy.

This event will be in the Senate of the Republic or in the Chamber of Deputies. TBC.

The Presidents’ meeting and the Young BPW Symposium is being held in
the NH Vittorio Venetto Hotel, Corso d'Italia, 1, 00198 Roma RM, Italy.

At present the proposed itinerary is as follows -

Thursday 21 March 2024 -
Arrival of the Presidents, Delegates, Young members, and participants already
registered.
Lunch and dinner can be had:

• In the Hotel (a la carte menu) or
• In the nearby restaurants:

Full day event, visits and talks related to women empowerment topics in Italy.
In the morning:
FIDAPA BPW Italy is organizing the event in an Institutional room, in the Senate of
the Republic or in the Chamber of Deputies. TBC

registration fee)
After Lunch
A meeting with the business members of Three Clubs of Rome
Dinner
20:00 Presidents Dinner - open to all participants
