The best way to avoid hunger when you’re on the road is to pack
snacks. Snacking is a great way to make sure you are full of energy.
Some healthy snacks to pack are:

Yogurt with berries
Vegetables and dip
Cheese with whole wheat crackers
Nuts or trail mix
