- Tobacco products are highly addictive and have many chem-
icals that can be toxic for your body.

Alcohol can be very harmful for your body, especially if you drink too
much. Alcohol can cause almost immediate effects such as drowsi-
ness, impaired speech, and vomiting. It can also have long-term ef-
fects such as stomach and digestive damage, liver disease, cancer and
even death.
Tobacco is found in cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, cigars
and hookahs. They also contain nicotine which is highly addictive. To-
bacco products causes yellow teeth, shortness of breath, high blood
pressure, heart disease, and multiple forms of cancer.
The legal age to use tobacco products in the US is 18 years
old, and the legal age to drink alcohol in the US is 21 years
old.
