D- Vitamins
Vitamins or functional foods are vital substances. When the food
diet lacks vitamins, many disorders may occur. Vitamins act in
small doses and are involved in the regulation of our body.
We classify them in two groups according to their solubility in fats
(liposoluble vitamins) or in water (hydrosoluble vitamins). The
liposoluble vitamins are A, D, E and K whereas the hydrosoluble
vitamins are B (B , B , PP, B , B , B ), vitamin C and vitamin P.
