HOLIDAY REQUESTS


                   You must send an email to request dates before booking a holiday. We have
                   to cover all holidays with our mobile cleaning team and we can only cover a
                   certain amount at one time.

                   Holidays are on a ‘First come, first served’ basis and once the requested days
                   have been taken (allowing for cover to be supplied) then that date will be
                   closed.

                   The most popular times are around Bank Holidays and when the children are
                   off school. These dates can be booked a year in advance and are often
                   closed for further holidays over six months in advance.

                   The way to request a holiday is very simple and the only way to ask for
                   availability. You must email us at the email address below and await an
                   authorisation code before booking or making any holiday arrangement. If you
                   have not had a reply in 5 working days, please give the office a call as we
                   may not have received your email.

                   Taking unauthorised holiday or leave without permission is a disciplinary
                   offence.

                   Only if you have no access to email will we accept a text request for a holiday.
                   Again, please await an authorisation code before making holiday
                   arrangements.
