    Provides professional, affordable, income-based counselling services for all individuals, children,

    youth, couples and families in need from experienced, clinical counsellors. We also offer supportive,


    professional level training for clients, professionals and the general public.






    Cost is calculated on an income-based fee of 0.1% of gross income up to a maximum of $120.00 per


    session. Our minimum fee is $10.00 per session.

    Don’t need a referral, may need one for coverage.


    Provides master’s level practicum






    *Offers workshops for youth with anxiety (costs range, the below are $55 and $45, respectively)

    Ecotherapy private counselling group serving children, youth, adults and families.  Offers talk therapy

    sessions, outdoor therapy session, and outdoor play based therapy for children and families.






    Individual, couples and family clinical counselling services: $120/hour


    Child and youth support services: $80/hour plus mileage


    For low-income clients, clinical counselling services provided by practicum students: $20-60/hour

    Triple P Positive Parenting Program

    Offers parenting tip sheets, seminars, courses and individual sessions for children age 3-14.  Tip sheets


    on wide range of topics including anxiety.  Seminars and courses are focused mainly on positive


    parenting skills to raise resilient, competent and confident children.






    No fee

    No referral needed


    Does not offer practicum opportunity, but can be trained to become a Triple P facilitator.
