      of the integrated health team at Vancouver Island Natuopathic Clinic and Integrated


      Health.  She offers private sessions and couples’ sessions.  She has training in


      Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy


      as well as Somatic Transformation.

      Stigma Free Zone is formerly the Bipolar Association of BC. They coordinate teen, women and co-ed


      support groups in Victoria for those struggling with bipolar, schizophrenia, depression and anxiety.


       They also offer school and community programming on creating a stigma-free environment around


      Vancouver Island and in the Metro Vancouver area.
