Dear Sir,
Thank you for your Scholarship in the amount of Rs.192, 000. We are very pleased
and appreciative to learn that our students were selected as the recipient of this
scholarship award.

We had informed to the respective students regarding this. But we wouldn’t get a
chance to gather all students as some were went outstation for their internship program
and others had their semester exams. Now our university is closed for semester leave.
Once the university is reopen we will arrange a program and handover the money to
the respective students.
We are very sorry for giving late response and thank you very much for helping our
students. We hope our students will be able to overcome their struggles and reach their
goals in higher education with your assistance.
