TESTING AND EVALUATION

I did a designed criteria or guideline to help me follow and produced a creative ebook.

Methodical used-accuracy- I evaluated the methods used (the coding method), I checked to ensure that
all the coding and style sheet codes are correct and accurate, to reduce difficulty in loading the page.
I tested the input and output of the webpage to ensure that all range of numbers, in the table, are valid
in numbers and not characters. I checked the output of the page to ensure that the information
provided on the webpage is accurate and reasonable and therefore useful by other users. I tested the
speed of each page to ensure that work done is faster and not slow or weak. After creating the
webpage, I had different people operated/used to ensure that it works perfectly for other people or
users and not just me.
I then realized that it was quite a difficult task to have my work published on the internet and convert
the html webpage to an ebook format. So I used Flipbuilder software in order to help me create the
ebook. I worked very hard to do all my researched work in word document and I converted them in pdf,
to help me create a useful ebook to help elderly and young people search through the ebook easily. I
made a logo for my ebook which is displayed on the top bar. I added bookmarks to the ebook; easy to
search and access other pages.
I added videos as many as possible to the content of the ebook but I later found out that the ebook
space should be within ‘40MB,’ so I deleted the videos and I created links to where appropriate, so that
readers can clink on the links and watch the video. I created and published the ebook more than once,
and each time I created, I find new ways to add new and creative features to make the ebook look
better and professional. I used spell checks in word processing document to ensure that all the
information collected are correct, data in characters where appropriate and not in numbers, and the
words are spelt correctly and all errors are evaluated and corrected.
I run the ebook several times and I had different people operated/used the ebook. I surveyed them
after, about the functioning/performance of the ebook, just to ensure that the ebook works perfectly
for different people, and therefore it is useful by any user.
