1.6.2 Any party shall not be exempted from the liability for breach of contract if
it is subject to force majeure after breach of contract (including the expected
breach of contract).
1.7 Dispute settlement
Any dispute or conflict arising from or associated with the Contract shall be
settled through friendly negotiation between the two parties. If it fails to be
resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to Jakarta International
Arbitration Organization in Indonesia if happened in Indonesia.
1.8 Other terms
1.8.1 The Contract shall come into force after being signed and affixed with
official seals by the legal representatives or authorized representatives of both
parties;
1.8.2 The Contract is made in three duplicate (two for Party A and one for Party
B) and all of them shall have the same legal effect.
1.8.3 Party B shall cooperate with Party A in the production quality & progress
supervision and witness various inspection and testing processes before delivery
as required by Party A (Free of charge).
1.8.4 Attachments to the Contract:
1.8.4.1 Valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code
certificate or copy of ID card
1.8.4.2 Letter of authorization for authorized representatives (including agent)
(Provided by Party B)
1.8.4.3 Drawing / quality certificate / production license / quality certificate /
authentication certificate (in quadruplicate) of the contract object (Provided by
Party B)
1.8.4.4 Quality standards or technical specifications for the contract object
(Provided by Party A)
1.8.4.5 Other documents/certificates (in quadruplicate) to be provided by the
Supplier as required by the Purchaser (Provided by Party B)
1.8.4.6 Technical specifications and relevant requirements (Provided by Party A)
