Prague Landscape

This beautiful landscape of Prague was captured from the “The Petřín Lookout Tower”
(Czech: Petřínská rozhledna), which was built in 1891, with the original purpose of serving
as an observatory deck and a transmission tower. It is of steel-framework, is 63.5 metres
(208 ft) tall, and rests on Petřín Hill in Prague. One can often notice its close resemblance
to the iconic Eiffel Tower. As you walk onto the famous Charles Bridge, you feel as if you
are walking into the memory of a glorious era, long gone. You try your best to soak in every
aspect of what you see, hear and feel, as what you have always dreamt of witnessing is right
in front of you. The glittering litter of artists and musicians create a humdrum of nostalgic
melody that makes your heart feel right at home. You have the intense desire of capturing
every moment in time in the palm of your hand and never letting it go. As you look at the
bursts of joyous, melancholic and overwhelmed expressions around, you wonder at the
realisation that you have found people who have all come together and are breathing in the
same magnificent sight as you, on your journey to the other end of the bridge.
