CHRISTMAS MORNING –
What a wonderful morning. It had been snowing all night. Everything was
white and beautiful. I woke up early, to set everything up, so that it was
perfect for Jay when he woke up. The porch was covered in snow. The
Christmas lights were lite outside, as they were the night before. I turned the
new Christmas tree on, lite the fire and turned on some Christmas music. The
new tree was simply beautiful. Everything was in it’s perfect place.
I started our “special” Christmas coffee, which consisted of some eggnog, a
peppermint cane and a bit of cinnamon to finish it off. I also put 3 powdered
cookies each for Jay and I to enjoy. The cookies looked like snowballs. What
fun!
Jay finally came down and we had a wonderful Christmas morning. It was so
much fun. We had a wonderful white Christmas together, that I’ll never
forget. The magic of the holiday was surrounding us. We had the most
perfect day. It was truly magical.
