A LITTLE FUN BACK ROUND ABOUT MY POOL EXPERIENCE.

Executive Billiards, in Redwood City, was my hang out when I was around 19
years old. I was so lucky to have been there during that time. It was right
around 1989. Dee Haulsey was the owner, and was a billiards champion in
his youth. He'd have some of the greatest pool players of all time come in and
do exhibitions all the time. We were so lucky.

A couple that stand out were Nick Varner and Mike Mase, to name a couple. I
even met Steve Miserak, Earl Strickland, Efren Reyes, Johnny Archer and
Mike Sigel, while traveling to 9 ball tournaments during that time.

But I’ll never forget watching the late night “true” pool sharks gamble. It was
what all the movies portrayed. Smoke filled rooms, with a pool table or two,
some rooms had lines of tables, guys with full pockets of money rolled up,
