Chocolate Soufflé

                                                served with orange cream

                                            Prepare the ramekins

                                              Preparation time approx. 5 minutes


           Ingredients required:                                                Equipment required:

          •   10g butter                                                        • 1 bowl

                                                                                • Ramekins/serving dishes
                                                                                   (must be oven-proof)

                                                                                • Kitchen brush







           Pantry Ingredients required:

           • 1 tbsp white sugar










          1. Melt the butter in a bowl.

          2. Once melted brush the butter around each ramekin using upward strokes.
             Cover the bottom and sides well.

          3. Once you have done this to one ramekin, sprinkle ½ a tablespoon of sugar
             into the ramekin and twist making sure sugar coats all of the sides. Pour
             off excess sugar.

          4. Repeat the process on each ramekin.
