2 ½ c ground beef
            2 ½ c ground pork                  Lumpia Special

            1 ½ c pork fat, minced
            2 c shrimp, minced                                                   Yield: 100-120 pcs

            3 tbsp seasoning
            1 stalk celery, minced                        1 box cheese vertical cut
            3 c onion, minced                             100-120 pcs lumpia wrapper

            2 c carrots, minced                           3 beaten eggs
            2 c singkamas, minced                         3 eggs

            1 cup sibuyas dahon, chopped                  1 c cornstarch
            1 tbsp worcestershire sauce                   1 c bread crumbs
            ½ tbsp five-spice powder

            ½ c oil                                       For the sauce:
            ¼ c sugar                                     For every cup of sweet blend

            ½ c water                                     ketchup, add 1 tbsp worcescherstire
            2 tbsp pepper                                 sauce.
            1 cup ketchup



            Sauté onion in oil. Add ground pork, pork fat, ground beef and shrimp.



            Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese, egg, bread crumbs
            and cornstarch.



            When it is already cooked, let it cool. Add eggs, cornstarch and bread

            crumbs.


            Fill the lumpia wrapper with the prepared filling, top with cheese, and

            seal. Brush the edge with beaten eggs to seal easily.



            Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain in wire rack.
