Strawberry Swirl Chocolate Muffins




                                                                                    Yield: 36 muffins
             4 c all purpose flour

             4 c cake flour
             1 ½ c sugar
             1 ½ c condensed milk

             1 c evaporated milk
             1 c all purpose cream

             ½ c strawberry jam
             1 c strawberries chopped
             ½ c honey

             8 XL eggs
             2 ½ tbsp baking powder

             ½ tsp baking soda
             1 ½ c salted butter
             2 tsp strawberry flavoring

             2 tsp strawberry red food color



             Mix all the dry ingredients. Add eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk
             and butter. Set aside.



             Mix chocolate powder and condensed milk. Set aside.



             Fill the muffin pans up to ¾ full.


             Pour chocolate mixture on top and make swirls using a toothpick.



             Preheat the oven. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
