Choco Crinkles (Special Crinkle Cookies)

12 c or 1 ½ kg all purpose flour

3 ¾ tbsp baking powder
3 c oil
16 eggs

8 c sugar
1 ½ tbsp salt

5 c cocoa powder
3 ¾ tbsp vanilla
powdered sugar for dusting

Mix all the ingredients and form into cookies. Chill for an hour.

Brush with egg whites. Preheat the oven. Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes.
