Sugared Doughnuts…cont.

































             Punch the dough to let out the bubbles, and roll on a floured surface.
             Use a doughnut cutter to cut the doughnuts. You can re-roll the

             dough and cut more doughnuts.

             Put cut doughnuts on a greased baking paper 4"x4" in size and let it
             rise again for 1 hour.


             In a wok, heat oil. Bring oil to boiling point. When the oil is boiling,
             lower the heat to medium to avoid burning the doughnuts. Make
             sure it is deep frying.


             Use a thong to transfer donuts in boiling oil. Never touch the
             doughnuts, just the wax paper.


             Fry doughnuts for 3-5 minutes each sides. Drain in paper towels.

             While hot, brush with a generous amount of butter and roll the
             doughnuts in white sugar.
