AAMVA Honors Investigative Services (OIS)
OIS Investigator Greg Dial AAMVA Fraud Investigator Greg Dial became involved in a fraud case
Prevention and Detection Award – Law which took the better part of a year and a half to work. The
Enforcement Individual Award Recipient suspect in this case, Dale Free, victimized at least three
different individuals by stealing their identities and using
those identities fraudulently in at least five (5) different
states throughout the Southeast (KY, TN, GA, SC, and NC).

criminal charges and also solve their cases.
