LEGAL UPDATE

Reminder!!! – Our Rules and Regulations prohibit
customers from taking photos that show hats, fashion
items, or items for personal expression (colanders,
pasta strainers, baseball caps, wave caps, satin
bonnets/scarves).

Our Rules and Regulations DO allow for some
exceptions for MEDICAL and RELIGIOUS reasons (a
colander is not acceptable for religious reasons).

Please use compassionate discretion when dealing
with medical exceptions and check with a supervisor
prior to asking a customer with a medical issue to
remove a head covering.

DDS is SCCP Winners Again!

For the fourth time, DDS has received the
Governor’s Cup Award in the State Charitable
Contributions Program (SCCP) for Agencies
with 500-1000 employees!
HR Director Deborah Moore and Social Media
Specialist Jenine Ingram recently accepted the
award from Department of Administrative
Services Commissioner Christopher Nunn.
(photo left). DDS raised $21,097. There were
713 individual pledges with the average pledge
being about $30.00.
Deborah and Jenine will be chairing the
program this year. Stay tuned for more
information on fun activities and treats in the
name of charitable contributions.
