IT Welcomes ANNA!

IT’s newest addition Ms. Anna Rhoades is
coming from Regulatory Compliance Division
and she joined the IT Team as an IT Support
Specialist 3. Her main responsibility is to review
the GETS bill and find cost saving solutions but
she also assists with the onboarding and
offboarding, Office 365 support and assists
New Employee Orientation (NEO) classes.
Anna has been with the Agency for over 10
years and brings a wealth of knowledge to this
new role. She started her DDS career as an
examiner at Athens CSC, got promoted to
Assistant Manager then CSC Manager and
worked her way up from the Field to Regulatory
Compliance and now with the IT Division.
Anna enjoys swimming and spending time at
the park with her two precious little kids
Dawson and AnnaKate, both 3 years old.
