Amanda Durham, Manager in Carrollton, has a
reputation for picking winners. Not at the
racetrack, but for nominating the Agency’s AAMVA
IDEC nominees! She brags that this year’s winner,
Eddie Dunston, is the second Agency nominee
from the Carrollton CSC. Sandra Young also an
examiner in Carrollton was the winner in 2015.

Recently Amanda and Eddie attended the DDS
Board of Directors monthly meeting, and Eddie
was presented a plaque from AAMVA and the
Board. Eddie has been with the agency since
November 2015, and to Amanda and her Team in
Carrollton, he seemed hesitant and shy. “It took
about a month for him to come out of his shell, but
let me tell you he came out swinging,” Amanda
laughed.

Eddie has had less than a 7-minute transaction
time since his first month as an examiner. In
addition, he has served the most customers and
has had the lowest transaction time in Carrollton
for the past year. Eddie represented the Carrollton
CSC in the fastest typist competition and came in
2nd place for the past two years!

Not only is Eddie great with the customers but he
brings a sense of joy and family to the staff. Eddie’s
cheerful attitude is contagious and it has a positive
effect on the workplace. Keep up the good work
Eddie!
