The VOICE of DDS

A very important aspect of the Online
Reservation Project is that all the DDS
Customer Messages that callers hear when
calling into the Customer Contact Center
receive will be changed.
If you recall, there was a contest for the Voice
of DDS with Adam Oglesbee of Regulatory
Compliance being selected as the winner.
Adam recently visited Commissioner Moore for
his winner’s trophy and gift card!

On October 10th, DDS Team Members participated in the National Association of Publicly Funded Truck
Driving Schools (NAPFTDS) Region 6 Conference. This association is representative of the technical
colleges that are CDL Third Party Testing Sites. Kecia Bivins and Misty Lamb gave a presentation on DDS
Updates and Federal Rules. Deputy Commissioner Ricky Rich, Tommy Grant, and Kathy Harvey were also
in attendance.
